The brick on the home to the left had been mercilessly pummeled by sprinklers for 30 to 40 years. Cream-colored or white brick such as this is sometimes more difficult to work with because the mineral deposits seep in and etch themselves deep into the porous layer of the brick. However, it is very treatable, as witnessed by the following photos. We normally have tremendous success with these kinds of stains.
This is a close up of the mineral stains on the brick siding of this house.
Notice the complete transformation of the brick seen to the left. This customer was very pleased with the condition of her home after our mineral removal service. The property and resale value of her home rose dramatically after the ugly brown stains had been effectively removed.
“While trying to rent out our second home a tenant asked if there had been a fire on that side of the house. What? Oh, the large brown stain. I'd almost forgotten about it. I told the prospective tenant no, then quietly decided to see if there was something I could do about it. I was lucky to find Allstate Stain Removal.
They came, and in a very short time vastly improved the look and value of our rental property.” Dan - San Fransisco, CA
Whether it's a rental property or a home up for sale, first impressions happen from the outside in. Having clean, stain-free brick or stone will help restore rental and resale value.Often, when selling your home, the real estate agent contracted to sell your home will require the home's exterior to be cleaned before presenting it to the public for purchase.
We service many real estate companies, removing hard water stains from commercial and residential properties in preparation for the sale and transfer of ownership to the new owner.
Although in the image above our technician is seen with a pressure washer, he is not using it to
clean the stains—he is simply rinsing the brick or neutralizing the chemical used in our hard water stain removal process.
In the image on the above right, you may see a small amount of mineral deposits remaining.
70-95% of stain removal is considered a success on these projects, but often we have 100% success.
“My husband and I had lived in our home for over thirty years, which means neither of us even noticed the large orange-brown stain on the side of the house anymore-at least not until our son brought his new wife's family to visit. I couldn't believe Allstate Stain Removal was able to clean a stain as old that one. Thanks.”

But no matter how old the stain, at Allstate Stain Removal we've had great success in restoring these old, stained surfaces to the natural aged appearance of the surrounding structure.
In this example below we have treated a small area with our mixture to remove the existing hard water stains.
In the second photo you can see the pleasant results starting to improve look of the brick as well as the foundation below.

The stains were caused by Pineview or secondary well water at a home in Utah.
In this example we performed a test section of mineral removal formula enabling the customer to see the results we will produce during the full treatment of descaling and hard water deposit stain removal process.
Notice that even the metal box to the right of the test spot can be cleaned.

Notice that only the bottom of the stain seen below was intentionally cleaned near the gas meters, exhibiting the contrast between the brown, cloudy stain above. We intentionally cleaned this in order to take pictures and email them to the owner of the property to show the success we had removing the stains.
