Here are two examples of stains on foundations caused by hard water, mineral, and rust deposits:
"We were thinking about a move and among the myriad of things we had to do was see if we could clean up the foundation of our home. I wasn't really sure it was possible but a coworker told me he'd had his vinyl fence cleaned and suggested I give it a try. I was thrilled at the difference I saw and have taken over the torch of referring Allstate Stain Removal to other friends with the same problems of hard water mineral build up." Notice the rust and hard water brownish stains that have occurred because of misdirected sprinklers.
The stain is removed and the foundation looks clean again.
Foundations are a prime target of watering systems. For the most part people simply accept the stain as part of keeping the lawn and landscaping green and look the other way until they don't notice it anymore. But other people do notice, especially if the time ever comes to look at resale value. We can take care of the ugly brown stains so there's one less thing you have to worry about and one less thing a prospective buyer will notice-which, in this case, is a good thing.
Above is a test spot on the right hand side of this foundation is a great example of how clean and successful with removing of these stains.
